We bought the Animal Lovers Farm two years ago. It needed substantial work to become the beautiful destination it is today. Movie and TV production companies pay $2,500 a day to shoot here. We started to rent our ‘country cool’ homes on Airbnb and sold out often. We are now getting many guests calling us directly, wanting to return. Some requesting reservations for 30 days or more. Plus, our word-of-mouth reservations have become significant. Guests booking directly has many benefits. Due to reservation demand, we are now building three new charming residences.
